Malawi

Malawi is a small country defined by Lake Malawi, which runs almost the entire length of the country. We spent most of our time at various places along the lake, doing the “beach” thing (of which I have no photographs at all) and visiting a local village. I also went diving in the lake – a special experience since it was my first fresh-water dive, and I didn’t need a weight-belt. We also went to Nyika National Park, where the plan was to go horse-back riding, but instead the rain kept us inside, in the bar…

Visit to the local village near the campsite, were the children were eager to be photographed, and loved playing with our sunglasses…

The villagers prepared a meal for us, played music and invited us to dance with them (well done Rob!)
