{"id":206,"date":"2018-03-22T11:13:11","date_gmt":"2018-03-22T00:13:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wsteemers.com\/BergLake\/?page_id=206"},"modified":"2018-04-06T12:14:45","modified_gmt":"2018-04-06T02:14:45","slug":"welcome-to-berg-lake","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wsteemers.com\/BergLake\/","title":{"rendered":"Welcome to Berg Lake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong>This part of the website contains pictures from my hiking trip together with Betty, Kate and Bruce to Berg Lake July 31- August 4, 2000.\u00a0 Berg Lake is a glacier lake up in the Rocky Mountains in Mount Robson Provincial Park in British Columbia, Canada.\u00a0 The trailhead is about an hour&#8217;s drive west of Jasper, which is about 4 hours west of Edmonton, Alberta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>We walked up from the trailhead to the lake during the first day (about 22 km), and camped besides the lake for the next four days. We did day-hikes the next three days, and walked back down on day 5. I have tried to organize the pictures chronologically, so you can navigate easily using the buttons at the top. I have also added a map of the area on a separate page, so you can see where we were and where we walked. There you will also find a popular description of the hike.
